1. General
These Terms govern your use of audiostratafia.com and its booking services, provided by LLC audiostratafia.com, EDRPOU 95453867, Kyiv, Ukraine. By using the site you accept these Terms. We act under the Law of Ukraine 'On Electronic Commerce' No. 675-VIII and the Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' No. 3153-IX. Where an activity needs a licence, its details are published here, as with passenger road transport under the Law of Ukraine 'On Road Transport' No. 2344-III.
2. Your obligations
- Give accurate booking and contact details.
- Use the site lawfully and without disrupting it.
- Make no false or unverifiable claims; the Law of Ukraine 'On Advertising' No. 270/96-VR applies.
3. Personal data and cookies
Personal data, including data collected via cookies, is processed on a lawful basis and, where consent is the basis, only with your prior informed consent, per the Law of Ukraine 'On Personal Data Protection' No. 3999-IX.
4. Liability and disputes
Our liability is limited as allowed by the Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' No. 3153-IX; we are not liable for indirect losses or events beyond our reasonable control. Send claims to contact@audiostratafia.com. We reply within 30 days and seek an amicable settlement; unresolved disputes are heard by the courts of Ukraine.
