How booking works

Four steps from request to written confirmation

The fare quoted at the start is the fare you pay. Nothing is added later unless it appears in the charged-separately list below, and you see that list before you confirm.

    Send the route

    Pickup, drop-off, date, time and passenger count. Use the form on contact.html#booking-form or call +380 975 511 0888.

  2. 02

    Fixed fare confirmed

    We return a fixed price for the whole route, held for 24 hours. No surge, no meter, no renegotiation at the kerb.

  3. 03

    Car and driver assigned

    Vehicle class, verified licence reference and spoken languages are sent with the assignment. Cross-border trips depend on the applicable crossing; see routes.html#border-notes.

  4. 04

    Written confirmation

    You receive a booking reference, driver name, plate number and the exact meeting point. Changes by phone are re-issued in writing.

Fleet classes

Two classes, one fixed fare sheet

Every intercity price quoted on this site is calculated for a business sedan. Choosing a minivan multiplies that fixed fare by the figure in the last column. The multiplier does not move with demand, with the hour of departure, or with how far ahead you book.

Multipliers apply to the fixed fare printed in the route ledger, never to a live meter. Your written booking confirmation states the class, the fare, the pickup time and the meeting point before any payment is taken.

Every chauffeur on an intercity transfer carries a licence reference, an authorised vehicle class and an insurance certificate we can show on request.
