Included waiting is 60 minutes on airport and rail pickups and 30 minutes on city addresses. Beyond that, waiting is billed at the hourly rate of the booked class in 15-minute blocks. The driver calls or messages on arrival, so the clock usually starts before you reach the kerb.

Before you confirm. The fixed fare covers the route, one stop inside the pickup city, luggage for the booked class and the driver's time. Charged separately: waiting past the included window, additional addresses, pickups between 23:00 and 06:00, tolls, parking and any border-crossing fee. Cancellation is free up to 3 hours before pickup. Between 3 hours and 30 minutes, 30% of the fixed fare is retained. No-shows and later cancellations are charged in full. The complete bands are set out in the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Passengers carry their own travel documents and remain responsible for visas and entry rules; the driver cannot advise on either. For EU-bound trips bring a biometric passport or ID card valid for the destination. Vehicle insurance, green card cover and the driver's commercial licence are carried by us. Yes. Corporate accounts run on a signed service agreement, monthly invoicing in UAH or EUR, and a named dispatcher for your routes. Send the company name, EDRPOU code and expected monthly volume through the corporate form on this page.
